Maui Real Estate Report 2nd quarter 2007 hights: Single-family home sales increased 26% in the second quarter of 2007 over last year during the same period. Median prices have increased 2.2% for single-family homes to $659,500 from the first quarter of 2007 Over the last thirty years, median prices have have seen double digit increases year-over-year, in some cases going up as much as 27%
