The Kailua condominium days on the market lost the distinction of faster on the island, increasing to 61 days.  Both median sales price declined , the Kailua Single family home by 5,2 %, to $791,300, while the Kailua Oahu condominium median listing price were both much higher. Kailua Oahu condo median listed price posed had increased up to 4,7 %.

Kailua is a beach town, located in the City & County of Honolulu, Oahu on the windward coast at Kailua Bay.  In the Hawaiian language Kailua means "two seas," or "two currents," a contraction of the words kai (meaning sea or sea water) and elua (meaning two); it is so named because of the two lagoons in the district.
